Responsibilities, Qualifications, Experience & Skills Needed
- Sub Engineer: Diploma in Civil/Agri Engineering with relevant field experience.
- Field Assistant: Intermediate with Agriculture as a subject or equivalent diploma.
- Tractor Operator: Valid driving license for heavy machinery and operating knowledge.
- Driver: Valid LTV license with 3+ years of experience.
- Support Staff (Chowkidar, Naib Qasid, Khakrob): Middle or Primary pass preferred with work ethic and discipline.

Educational & Experience Requirements
