PCB is committed to promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan, while also maintaining overall control of its structure. This position will focus on leading the High-Performance Centers, developing training modules, and implementing modern coaching frameworks.

Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and implementing programs for High-Performance Centers and player development.
- Overseeing strategic planning and monitoring for High-Performance Centers/Academies.
- Managing coaching/training strategies for regional and national teams.
- Supervising full-field projects and programs related to cricket development.
- Working with other units to ensure alignment with national cricketing strategies.
Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum Level III Cricket Coaching Accreditation or international equivalent.
- At least 15 years of administrative/coaching experience.
- Test / International cricketer preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in high-performance sports programs.
- Proven ability to create frameworks for world-class athlete development.
